  3. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to the pet and the person. They took excellent care of my cat from our first visit until the day she had to be put down. They treated her with care and affection when I brought her in for checkups or shots. When she got sick, the vet was able to list options, and basic care was very affordable. When the time came that she had to be put to sleep, that experience was memorable, the entire staff were sensitive to the loss and treated it with the same gravity that I felt, which is something I haven't found true everywhere, and never to this degree of personal care.

  6. I absolutely love Ellisville Vet Hospital! I recently received care for my older dog and they showed the utmost care and compassion with her, making sure she was comfortable through her exam (as she hated going to our old vet) and even had her groomed while she was there. When I picked her up, she was the happiest I’ve ever seen her at a vet. Thank you Ellisville Vet Hospital for everything. I will be bringing the rest of my animals for their care from now on as well.

  9. Friendly happy staff. Dr Croft was great! He was very attentive to us and our puppy. He answered all our questions and imparted information we needed to know. All without rushing and he has a wonderful soothing voice as well. It was a great reassuring visit!
